Another week goooone.........

Is it just me is is this year just flying by?
I hope that everyone is enjoying this lovely weather that we are having atm. The days are lovely & sunny while the nights are really cold & fantastic cuddling weather...lol.

I have been scrapping up a storm lately (just been really slack at blogging) & I have finally got around to taking some pics to share.
My D.D is having a make over done in her room so I have been creating a few items to have together on a cabinet that she has in there. This first one is a Kaiser clock using the new "Skull Girl" paper range. I have used this paper range for all of the projects. She loves them all. I will share the rest when I get a pic of them.
I have also decorated a Kaiser frame for myself with the two rugrats on it-
I also created this little Arrow Book of D.S from Kaiser-

I have heaps of pages to share BUT I will save them for another post.
Enjoy the week & keep safe

NEXT...........excitement city!!! We, at SCRAPSIDAISY, are very fortunate this coming Saturday (9th Aug) to have the ever so talented KIM ARCHER coming to teach for the day! It is so exciting as Kim is an extremely talented scrapper & we are all waiting & counting down the sleeps.

I have been giving my CRICUT a run for its money lately. I have created heaps of pages where I use it for the titles & embellishments.

These couple of pages I have created for Scrapsidaisy as "Page in a bag kits" at the very affordable price of $10.ea

Back to School

I hope everyone has been enjoying this beautiful weather that we have been having. It sure has been a nice way to spend the end of the school holidays. The kids went back to school this morning & boy did I find it difficult to get out of bed early. The kids were so excited to be going back too.

Anyway I won't ramble on too much as I have a load of housework that I should be doing. I just wanted to do a quick post to say hello & to share a few pages that I created over the weekend.
I have also been having BIG Drama's with my internet so if I haven't popped by to say hello I promise I will soon.
Here are my latest creations-

Check out the new Bella alphas. They are so yummy. I had to use them straight away...LOL. The papers that I used are Kaiser papers & they are divine too.
I had fun with my Cricut again.
I told you I liked the alpas..lol.....I had to use them again.
Have great week & I will catch you all real soon.

Thank YOU from the bottom of my heart girls for making my day soooo special. All day I had friends call in to wish me a happy Birthday & then When I left work I came home to my family to a lovely baked dinner, a box of chocolates & a bunch of red roses & all this was on top of my pressies this morning before work. My kiddies gave me a new bag & wallet while my hubby got me a George Foreman Healthgrill. That is also on top of the cricut that I got a few weeks ago that the lovely Leisa upgraded to an expression for me. PLUS the girls this morning gave me lots of lovely goodies. Tonight I had lots of phone calls, pressies & visits from family & friends. SOOOO needless to say I am feeling Very, very LOVED!!!!!!!

Time flies

Time flies when you are havin FUN!

Saturday we held a Christmas in July @ Scrapsidaisy & wowsers we had a fun time.
The girls were so creative. Their pages were amazing! It gave me so much inspiration ( I have been lacking of late!) I came home ready to go....here is a bit of what I did-

Firstly I created this canvas for my sisters birthday. This is a pic of my great niece, Liliana, isn't she adorable! I used the new My Minds Eye 29th Street Market paper range, Bella chip, MM lace, flowers & buttons & my Cricut to cut out the title. (I am so loving my Cricut!)
The next page is with pic's of my D.D & another Great niece, Chloe. The papers & embellishments are M.M. I love the pics on this one.
I have created more but haven't taken pics as yet. I will share more when I get the pics done.
We are enjoying the school holidays here at the moment. The kiddies & I have been enjoying the beautiful weather. Today we went to visit Daddy at work. He has new cattle & we went to help him drench them...LOL...It was so much fun. While I was there I had to take a photo of "DAISY" the dairy cow. The kids named it last week...lol...I will share a pic-
isn't she cute!

these are some of my fave pics from the last few days.
Be sure to check out the Scrapsidaisy forum as in August we are having the ever so talented Kim Archer come for a visit. The day looks like it will be a huge one & numbers are limited & filling fast! The work that Kim does is amazing so if you are interested be sure to ring the shop real quick!

Weekend update!

Hi all!

I hope everyone is enjoying this gorgeous weekend.
It sure is so noice to see the sun shining!
I have been super busy over the last couple of weeks so not a lot of scrapping has been done. We had a weekend in Sydney last weekend as my D.D had a specialist appt so we turned it into a mini holiday & took in all the sights & did all the tourist things...lol. We even went to the N.S.W Art Gallery. That is so not something I would have been interested in a couple of years ago. BUT hey I must be growing up...LOL...OR getting old more like it.
Enough of the rambling.
I will share my couple of pages that I have created. The first is a page that I created last night. I am so lucky! I purchased a Cricut machine from work at SCRAPSIDAISY & the lovely Leisa upgraded it to an Expression for me. So last week I got an early birthday pressie!! WoooHOOO.....I'm excited. Anyway with all the events of the last couple of weeks I really hadn't had the opportunity to have a decent play! Last night I pulled it out & set it up on its very own little table & away I went. I cut out all different arrows & alphas to create this-

I LOVE this pic of Brock....BUT the smile is not looking like that at the moment....Insert sad face!!! This arvo he accidently hit himself in the face with a tennis racket & broke off one of those gorgeous top teeth....another sad face......after many phone calls to Dr's & dentists it has now been decided that he doesn't NEED a dentist today & that it can wait until Monday morning & he will se a dentist to have it fixed.........:-( :-( :-( :-( :-(...lets just hope that it can be!!!!
This is a page that I did a couple of weeks ago. Using the yummy M.M Noteworthy range!
If you are still reading....THANKS...I hope you have a good one

You know you are old when.......

You are are "GREAT Aunty"....LOL. This is a pic of my gorgeous sister who became a Grandma yesterday for the first time. Can you see how proud she is? My nephew (Grandma's son) Chris & his partner, Carly, welcomed Liliana into the world yesterday afternoon. She is a little unwell but nothing too serious really & we are all busting to have cuddles. I am so happy for the family & excited for my Sister & brother in law. They will be the bestest grandparents.
Onto scrapping now- I have still had the mojo happening & have finished off a few pages over the weekend. Challenge 9 & 10 at SCRAPSIDAISY Forum & a couple of others. I will share with you now. I feel as if I am rambling on here....

This page of my D.D I created using 3 Bugs In A Rug (Luke & Lola) paper range, Die cuts, Bella blossom, Kaiser bling, Basic Grey stamps & my trusty black pen.
This page of "Me" I used the following goodies- Basic Grey "Sugared" papers & Element stickers, Maya Road chip letters, Dew Drop inks, Dimensional magic, Making Memories Edge distresser, Bella blossom & Cosmo Cricket rubon.
This is Challenge No.9 over at the Scrapsidaisy FORUM. Below is my attempt at the challenge.

I really enjoyed creting this page. I used heaps of Making Memories blossoms, buttons & felt. The other supplies were- Scenic Route "Grafton" p.p's, Deja Views wonderful words, Bella alphas, Hambly rubons & Black pen.

This is challenge NO.10- I got in a little earlier with this one. Below is my attempt as well.
I used Scenic Route p.p's (I know again!) Scenic Route stencil grid alphas, Basic Grey stamps & my fave of all time BLACK PEN....lol
If you are still reading THANK YOU! I am off to create another page & make a few cards to give to my new little "Great Niece"
