18 months on!

Hi
When I was having a clean up in my scraproom last week I fould a few pages that had never been finished. So today I was all inspired to finish them off. I can not believe the colour combination in the red, pink, white & cream one but I do remember that it was a We.R patterned paper that I loved.

and the second one (although not quite as old & sorry Kristy LOL) was another unfinished one, with a Heidi swapp clock overlay!

And while I am here THANK YOU to all the lovelies that have emailed me & left comments for my Dear old Daddy. He is doing fine. He will be in hospital for two weeks but is improving everyday, so THANX again!
Have a top week!

Feeling BLUE!!

Hi All,
Just a few pages from the weekend. Its funny though! They must be a reflection of my MOOD!

I have been feeling a little blue & guess what my pages are?????you guessed it BLUE!!!

My Dear Old Daddy had a pretty serious fall on Friday and it has been a really worrying time. He will be O.K - I know that NOW- BUT .....at the time of my creations, I was more than a little worried & I truly believe that my pages reflect that.

Well here they are...

--------------------------------------------------
On a brighter note. Last night when I looked back on Friday nights creations & realised the BLUE feeling flowed through I challenged myself to create a brighter page. I used a fave photo of my D.D & some old P.P's out of my stash BUT I used my beautiful NEW "My Favourite Things" stamps that I picked up yesterday from SCRAPSIDAISY!
I am off now to try & create something NEW! & NOT Blue
Have a super safe week

~Happy together~

I....... FINALLY scrapped! yey!!!!
Nothing out of the box but that's usual for me of late!
I used the yummy new Bella range of p.p & chipboard embellishments. Can you guess where I got them????
SCRAPSIDAISY of course!!!

I will also share a couple of cards that I helped my gorgeous kiddies create, to give to two special girls. They had a tragedy in their family & my kiddies wanted to make something special for them to welcome them back to school.
Enjoy

My Fave thing! Ever!

Hi All,
While I was cleaning up my HUUUGGGEE mess in my scraproom this afternoon. I sat for a while & looked at my "Cupboard of Love" while it is not new it would have to be the all time favourite thing that I have ever created. It took me a few days to create but I still love it today! So I thought I would share it with you! Thanks for looking!
Enjoy

P.S. I might even be back tonight with my sneak peaks that I promised!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Hi All,
I have been super busy over the last few days....BUT.......not with anything that I can share :-(
I have been creating new class projects for the next Cardmaking day to be held by SCRAPSIDAISY on the 3rd of November. The day planned should be just as much fun as it was the last time when we celebrated world cardmaking day. We have been busy organising wonderful kits for the classes (with great new techniques!!!) & for those that are confident enough to do their own thing we have more card kits then ever for you to choose from!
I will try to get some photos taken tomorrow (for the local ladies) to share some sneak peaks of my classes for the day.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!

Photo's, photo's, photo's!

Hi all,

As promised earlier in the day I am back to share some pages that I have just created with my NEW photo's from Coffs Harbour!
We had a wonderful relaxing time. :-)
The kidlets were amazing. Every time they saw a photo opportunity they would jump into a photo pose & say "take my picture here Mummy!" SO......I have hundreds of new photo's to play with. I am so happy with them that I took my disc to Big W this morning & just selected print all!
So here is what I have done ....so far!

See you all soon....

Hi just a quick one tonight.
I should be packing! we are off on a family holiday in the morning & I STILL haven't finished packing......(OH DEAR!!!)

I will leave you all (for 5 days) with a photo of my wooden stamps on my new shelf! My D.H has had the last week off & this is what he put up for me in my scrap room! Pretty impressive huh! He considers it his boat motor...LOL...my local friend will understand.(D.H says all the time that if I didn't have so much scrapping stuff he would have a big new boat...LOL. So when I arrived home from work the other day he took me to show me this new shelf calling it his boat motor! poor darling will get one one day, maybe when we win lotto!

I had better go & finish packing...yuk
bye for now
have a safe week
enjoy

WHO HAD THE TIME OF THEIR LIVES?

I DID...............& about 20 other cardmaking/scrap obsessed women!!!!
Today we got together with a group of keen & very talented ladies to celebrate WORLD CARDMAKING DAY! & did we have a blast of a time??? You bet we did!
We hired the C.W.A rooms in Wingham (just a couple of shops up from Scrapsidaisy) to get together & create, create, create!!!! There were ladies everywhere stamping up a storm .....well almost! It was so, so much fun. The saddest part about the whole thing is that both Leisa & I were so busy that neither of us managed to take one single photo to show you how wonderful it was. So I will (TRY) to tell you......I am sure that everyone there had a great time. We had demo's, make & takes & technique classes for those that were interested & I had a wonderful, wonderful time teaching the classes that I did! The ladies were all so positive & encouraging that I felt honoured to be teaching them! :-)
As I type this I need matchsticks to keep my eyes open, but sleep is something that will not come for a few hours yet! I am still on such a high that if I went to bed I would just lay there for hours.
So to everyone that attended I hope that you had as much fun as I did & maybe we will see you all in November for our next cardmaking/scrapbooking get together!!!!
ENJOY
Jules
P.S. Thank you to Kristy & the other lovely ladies that helped Leisa & myself make the day possible!

~LOTS TO SHARE~

You may need to grab yourself a coffee.....LOL

I have lots to share.....
I have had a glorious weekend!
Saturday was pretty ordinary, catching up on the washing & other household chores & a trip to the nursery & local petstore.
But Sunday we had a wonderful day with my D.H's brother Max. We had organised the day before that we would go for a drive to Old Bar to the Old Bar festival. So we headed off at around 10.30 & it was well after 5pm before we got home. The festival was really amazing. There was plenty of entertainment & an attempt to break the world record with the most Kombies in the one place (unsure if they were successful) as well as the biggest market that I have seen in this area for a long time. A really good day out. When we left Old Bar we took the cricket gear down to the local riverbank & plated with the rugrats for a few hours. More fun!!!!
These two photos were taken on the riverbank yesterday afternoon with the much loved Uncle Max!

Which brings me to today, Monday! Today my husband & I celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary. We had decided that because we are having a holiday next week that we would keep the presents to a minimum so we just purchased each other a lovely plant that we had both been wanting. But apart from the anniversary it has been another top day! Brock had a buddy over for the morning & then this arvo we headed to a friends house to celebrate a birthday as my Dear Friend had offered to look after the kiddies so D.H & I could go out (by ourselves...LOL) for dinner! Norm & I were a little lost as to where to go & what to do BUT we soon decided on a local buffet style Chinese restaurant. Boy did we pig out...lol.
I thought I would share a card that I made a while ago that I gave to my D.H today.
& this is a page that I created a few weeks ago of OUR wedding day (DON"T like the page at ALL!) But thought I would share it since it is our anniversary.
& then a few other pages that I have created over the glorious weekend!
When my Dear Niece got married last October the Love Elsie papers weren't even out so this photo was not staged for use with the papers BUT boy it was really fitting!!!!(Poor photo...Sorry!)
& then there was Flat Kenny!!!!When we went on holidays in 2003 Brock was still in preschool & was lucky enough to take a preschool friend on holidays with him! Boy he was a handfull!!!!LOL... & really naughty.....He got into all sorts of bother!
I did warn you that this was a long post....you have done well if you are still reading...LOL
I hope you have had a great (long) weekend & thanks for stopping by!
~ENJOY~
Jules xoxo
